Shipping policy
1. Prices and delivery times:
- Mainland Portugal and Islands (2 working days): Free
- Europe (3-5 working days): €8.90 (free for orders over €65); Orders weighing <100g: €6.65
- Rest of the world without USA (5 working days): €12.05 (free for orders over €80); Orders weighing <100g: €6.70
- USA (5 working days): €14.30 (free for orders over €80). Orders weighing <100g: €8.25
Note: The delivery times mentioned above refer exclusively to the shipping time by the carrier. This is in addition to the processing time that DamaPet needs to ship your order. We will always try to process your order as quickly as possible (1-2 working days), however, in situations of high sales volumes and festive seasons (e.g. Christmas), processing times may be longer. Please feel free to contact us if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate.
Note 2: Delivery times are an estimate and, therefore, are only valid when there are no physical or structural impediments from the carrier (for example, incorrect addresses, strikes, etc.). These also do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
2. Delivery process
2.1. After the payment for the order has been confirmed, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email. A new email will be sent (with the respective invoice and shipping notice) as soon as the order is processed and on its way to the carrier.
2.2. Deliveries are made by CTT express, which communicates to the customer (by SMS or email) when the delivery will be made or when the order will be available for pick-up/collection.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays.
Notice: Unfortunately it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time or change the delivery address. Always make sure your address is correct and complete. DamaPet is not responsible if the order is returned to us or if other additional costs are imposed on the customer due to this error.
2.3. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you to let you know where you can pick up the order at one of the post offices in your area of residence.
IMPORTANT: The deadline for collecting the order is 5 working days from the date of attempted delivery. If the order is not picked up by the recipient within this period, the customer loses the right to recover the amount spent in our store or to request a refund.
2.4. Partial Deliveries: Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if one part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we divide the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used and will not incur additional costs for the customer.
2.5. DamaPet is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please contact CTT Express with any questions regarding this matter.
3. Pricing
The prices of products displayed on the website contain Added Value (VAT). Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.
Prices are all quoted in euros. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to transport costs. We are not responsible for conversions of rates between countries or currencies.
International deliveries - Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or any additional fees incurred. Please check with your local authority for more information on this.

- Mainland Portugal, Azores, Madeira and Europe - If you requested delivery of your order more than 6 working days ago (from the date of dispatch) and have not yet received it, send us an email to info@damapetfashion.com.
- Rest of the world and USA - If you requested delivery of your order more than 20 days ago (from the shipping date) and have not yet received it, please send us an email at info@damapetfashion.com.
